Article 4. Orders and Terms of Payment

WE-CONCEPT offers the buyer the possibility to order and pay for their products in several steps, with 3 payment options available:

Article 6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty. Returns are made via the online withdrawal form. Return costs are borne by the buyer.

Article 7. Delivery
Delivery is made to the address indicated on the order form, within the agreed geographical area.
