The Crossray C4 Black Infrared BBQ Built-in combines unique infrared burners with the patented CROSSRAY® system: hotter, more consistent, healthier, more efficient, easier to control and built for a searing and cooking experience unlike a conventional barbecue.

CROSSRAY® infrared technology

Controllable heat from 100 to 400 °C, and sometimes even a little more, gives the feeling of grilling over a bed of perfectly and evenly glowing coals, without the smoke and with complete control.

Meat, fish and vegetables are cooked not only from the outside: infrared heat also helps cook through the food, making it easier to achieve perfect doneness, juiciness and tenderness.
